The institution shares the class link/QR code on a public page, group, or community. → All members join the ClassIn Course through that link/QR code. → Then, the institution checks whether the member has paid for the course. → If not, they remove the member from the Course.
This method has worked well so far. However, now they want to post Recorded Lessons in the Course. However, if they keep using this method, all unpaid students will see the Recorded Lesson before being removed.
Our team has already suggested them to turning off the "Allow new students to view" (picture below) and manually adding students to the activity. However, since they have more than 30 activities per course, manually adding students 1 by 1 would be very time-consuming.
Create a function that allows institutions to turn it on or off.
- When ON: Our system will put the students who join through a link/QR code into a Waiting List.
- After approval, the student will be added to the Student List of the Course/Institution.
