业务场景:New version of Dashboard (released in 20 Mar) introduces a feature that allows  admin to set the playback limit for class recording . Therefore, this setting also needs to be included in the ClassIn API's createCourse function for synchronization, preventing the inconvenience of users needing to switch to the dashboard to create a class with recording limitations, which may cause synchronization issues.
