To prevent students from sending inappropriate messages, the school needs to disable the course's chat (IM Chat). 

However, the school operations team cannot disable it from the dashboard or through the API; they have to ask the Head Teacher to manually mute the course's chat from the app client (see photo), which is very inconvenient for large institutions.
