From 5.4.0 teacher can easily switch the audio and camera between 2 devices 

-> The institution forbids teachers from using their phones or tablets while teaching, but since teachers can easily switch between the 2 devices, they have tried to bypass the rule. Teachers first enter the classroom on their PC devices and then use their mobile phone/ tablet to teach. 

The operations team needs to perform several steps to check and supervise (as shown in the video clip below): Access the Admin Portal -> Go to Monitor -> Open the lesson's account details -> Check the mic status of both devices

The institution has 50-100 ongoing lessons at a time, so the operations team wants to perform fewer checking steps to check and take action more quickly.

We suggest to add another row for Dual device information below Teacher information -> the operation team can hover on the device information area to check for microphone and camera status (as shown in the picture below)
