School administrators (sub-accounts) have to create a test paper on the ClassIn App Client and then send it to the Master Account through Course Chat. The Master saves the test paper to Drive, and then the sub-accounts will log in to the Dashboard and authorize the test paper to the Teacher.
Pain points:
1. The master needs to manually save the test paper, which is inconvenient for the school master account since that person is very busy.
2. Whenever the sub-accounts edit a test paper, they have to repeat the process, which is time-consuming.
3. Some schools don't want to bother the school master, so they give access to the administrator to log in to the master account, which is a privacy issue.
