[Test] Batch upload function doesn't keep the format of the question

现象:
Teacher already underline/bold/italic the important part of each question in the Batch upload file -> But after successfully uploaded to ClassIn, the questions didn't show any underline/bold/italic -> Teachers have to edit each question 1 by 1 (please see the video)
预期:When using batch upload function, ClassIn can keep the format (underline/bold/italic) of the question list
