1. Date Format Inconsistency
Currently, the default date format used across the system is MM/DD/YYYY, which differs from the standard format commonly used in Vietnam (DD/MM/YYYY). This inconsistency causes confusion for Vietnamese users when reading data, especially when reviewing historical records. As a result, users face difficulties in querying and tracking data accurately due to misinterpretation of dates.

2. Time Zone Mismatch in Attendance Exports
When exporting attendance data from the dashboard, the timestamps are generated in a non-local time zone (e.g., UTC or another default setting). This creates challenges for Vietnamese users in verifying and cross-checking attendance records against local schedules, leading to potential misalignment in reporting and manual data adjustments.

• Automatically switch the date format to DD/MM/YYYY for accounts that have selected Vietnamese as their language preference.
• This change will align the displayed dates with local expectations, reducing confusion and errors in data interpretation and query execution. 

• Ensure that attendance data exports reflect the user’s local time zone, specifically GMT+7 (Vietnam Time) for Vietnamese users.
• Alternatively, provide an option in the export settings for users to select their preferred time zone before downloading reports.
• This will help users accurately verify, track, and reconcile attendance information based on their actual working hours.
