Vietnamese typo conversion issues in Assignment description - TeacherIn

现象:
[Assignment] Vietnamese in the description is converted into weird codes when the assignment is uploaded to TeacherIn. Only Assignment activity faces this issue. The others are good.
The right sentence should be like this:
预期:Please check the conversion and make sure Vietnamese in the description of Assignment will be kept as original.
