[Android only] Removed member still can view the course information, member list and add friend

现象:
Normal flow: When a member being removed from a course -> the course information would be hide and that user cannot view or do anything with it
BUG: The flow works smoothly for PC and iOS users, but not on Android. When a removed user opens the course, if it opens on a different interface instead of the chat, the user can still see the 3 dots icon and access the course information through it (please view the video below).

预期:
Remove the 3 dots icon after the user has been removed from the course to prevent access to the course information and member list.
