Background:
Currently, users must delete chat conversations one by one, which is time-consuming — especially for teachers, admins, or students who participate in many classes or group chats.

Problem:

• No way to select and delete multiple chat threads at once.

• Users have reported difficulty in cleaning up old or inactive chats.

• This leads to a cluttered chat interface and affects overall usability.

We propose introducing a bulk delete feature for chat conversations, including:

• A multi-select checkbox next to each chat in the conversation list.

• A “Delete Selected” button to remove all chosen conversations.

• (Optional) Include a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental deletion.
