业务场景:

In order to keep the class discipline, or to remind a student of something privately, or to send a specific task to the student, Private/Direct message is a MUST-HAVE function, also this is the minimum requirement for all of the other platforms .

There should be options for teacher to chat inside the classroom, either it's to Everyone or to a specific user.

业务要求:

Inside Classroom -> Tool -> Chatbox -> There will be a dropdown for teacher to choose whether teacher want to send message to Everyone in class or to a specific student (Like in the photo below)

收益或影响:Clients with the module of 1v6 and 1v12 are urgently requesting for this.

Here are some impact of this feature to our business: - May increase the revenue from trial classes of current clients. Now they are using Zoom/ Meet cause the platform have private chat for trial students can chat privately with teacher/ co-teacher. - May increase the revenue of current clients - crowded class that students want to discuss/ chat privately with teacher - If we don't have this function: new clients may leave and use other platforms (Zoom/ Meet) that allow private chat
